Students meet for peer discussions on academic and professional topics. Interest groups are organized and led by a small committee of trainee volunteers. Past meetings have included topics such as:

• Research in Progress: Trainees present their current or proposed research
• Internships: Logistics of identifying and securing internships
• Individual Development Plans: Creating and using IDPs to further professional goals
• Meet a Researcher: trainees explore research and other topics with a senior scientist
